Athlone Springs Hotel

We are the Athlone Springs Hotel, a four star property located in the Heart of the Midlands. We are owned by Pat McDonagh and are part of the So Hotel Group which consists of 5 other properties around Ireland. We are a 68 bedrooms located both Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands and Ireland’s Ancient East and have an array to offer our guests whether they are coming for a business trip, couples breakaway or family holiday we have everything they would need. We are easily accessible and just 2 minutes’ drive from the M6 motorway. Our hotel has been newly refurbished since we got bought over with our bar, lobby, ballroom, leisure centre, meeting rooms and a number of our bedrooms getting redone. We have a 20 m swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room along with a state of the art gym. We offer spacious bedrooms with state of the art smart TVs where you can also access your own personal Netflix accounts. Our bar and lobby area are vibrant and cosy all at the same time and the perfect place to grab a chair and enjoy our head chef’s hand selected and scrumptious meals or our house cocktails.
